These terms of use ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between the website ("Website Operator", "we", "us" or "our") and you ("User", "you", "your" or "yours").

This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of this Website and any products or services included on it (collectively, the "Website" or "Services").

Although this website may link to other sites, this in no way implies, directly or indirectly, our approval, association, sponsorship, support or affiliation with them, unless otherwise indicated herein.

You should carefully review the legal statements and other terms of use of any website that you access through a link from this Website. If you access any other page off this Website or any other website, you do so at your own risk.

The Website may use cookies to personalise and make it as easy as possible for Users to browse the site. Users can configure their browser to indicate and refuse the installation of cookies that we send.

Malys Équipements offers you different methods of payment for your orders:

  • Credit card: Payment by credit card is 100% secure. Cards accepted are : CB, Visa, MasterCard.

  • Bank cheques: We accept cheques. You can send us your payment by cheque and we will dispatch your order once we have received it. Payment by cheque in 3 instalments is accepted for orders over €300 including VAT. Please refer to the terms and conditions for this payment. This payment is subject to acceptance of the file by the processing organisation.

  • Bank transfer: You will receive our bank details by email immediately after you have placed your order on the site and chosen this method. You then make the transfer to your bank.

  • PayPal: Use your PayPal account for secure payment.

  • Financing: If you have been in business for more than 2 years and have a SIREN number, you can pay in 36, 48 or 60 monthly instalments. Offer valid for professionals only, for all orders over €1,500 excluding VAT. This payment is subject to acceptance of the file by the processing organisation.

Delivery time varies from 5 to 10 working days after product availability for standard delivery. Express delivery takes 48 to 72 working hours after product availability.

Product availability is indicated on each product. A large proportion of our products are in stock, but some require manufacturing which can take from a few days to several weeks. Please take this into account before placing your order.

Unless prior agreement has been reached, deliveries are made to the RDC door-to-door without an appointment. There are no deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays. Please contact us if you would like delivery on a fixed day. This is a chargeable option.


Please note that we are only the shipper of your goods and not the carrier. Before taking any steps to check the progress of your shipment, please check your delivery tracking.


When your order is delivered in the presence of the carrier:


  • Step 1: Checking the condition: You must open the packages and check the condition of the goods in the presence of the delivery person. If one or more items are damaged, you must refuse delivery by indicating on the delivery note "Item + name of item refused because damaged". When you do this, please inform us of the problem as soon as possible, if possible with photos.

  • Step 2: Check conformity:
    Check that the number of items received corresponds to the delivery note.
    If any pallets or packages are missing, you must make a note of the number of missing packages or pallets on the delivery note before signing it.

Verification of the condition of your product is considered to have been carried out as soon as the parcel has been accepted.


The words "subject to unpacking" or "subject to operation" are not acceptable. If no complaint is made within the stipulated period, the products delivered will be deemed to be in conformity and no complaint may be made to our company. Thank you very much for your confidence.

  • You will receive your quotation in PDF format in your inbox.

All you have to do is enter the following information in the e-mail:

  1. Your order number or, if you no longer have one, your name or that of your company

  2. Your e-mail address and telephone number

  3. Several photos (and videos if necessary) of the problem encountered
